1、Vacuum molding process step 1 Molding
When the customer confirms the sample, the plaster mold used for sampling is used as the master mold. After copper plating, the molds for production are made according to certain quantity and position, which is called mold making. There are three kinds of molds: plaster mold, copper mold and aluminum mold. Plaster molds are mainly used for sampling, generally can not be used for mass production, and its production time is generally 24 hours. Copper mold for plaster mold plating a layer of copper, strength and wear resistance enhancement, the cost is not high, for the production of the most commonly used mold. General production cycle of 100 hours, at least 3 days, the service life of about 100,000 pieces.
Aluminum mold can be made when the number of vacuum blisters reaches more than 1,000,000 pieces. It is made of pure aluminum, high cost, need to machine processing, general mold making time is 3 days. Aluminum mold production quality is good, fast heat dissipation, high precision products, long service life. If the customer requires precise products and the copper mold can not meet the precision requirements, even if the quantity is small, the aluminum mold must be made.
2、Vacuum molding process step 2 Pulling sheet
Blister molding machine will be raw material coil material through the blister molding machine heating, vacuum vacuum molding, cooling, automatically cut into a set size. This process is the most important process of blister molding.
The length of the drawn sheet is between 600 and 1170mm according to the actual need. Different materials and thicknesses have different requirements for temperature regulation and require considerable experience of the start-up personnel. The tuning test of pulling sheet is usually 3 sheets. The length of each feed of the blister machine is called the length of the pulling sheet, which can be determined according to the length of the row of molds.
3、Punching machine
Pulling the piece out of the general for more than one product (according to the number of mold row). Need to use the die in the punch press into a single product. This process is called punching.
4、Folding
For some vacuum molding products need to be folded over the corners of two or more sides to insert the paper card products, you need to add this process. This process is completed by the folding machine.

6、包装
The blister products must be packaged with care. According to the strict degree of customer requirements, product materials, shape and so on to determine the appropriate packaging method. If the customer has no special requirements, can be used to box, bagging. For white or more brightly colored, friction easy to spend or can not stick to the dust, handprints on the product, wear gloves during production.
